By entering into this ballot, you will be added to the Cloud9Canine database and depending on your mailing preferences expressed on the ballot, you may be indicating your consent to Cloud9Canine contacting you with updates and promotions from time to time.

No responsibility is accepted by Cloud9Canine for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information.

Entry is valid for Event only and does not guarantee a win. There is a strict limit of one (1) ticket per person.

Entries to the ballot will only be accepted from the start of Pawlooza to the end of Pawlooza inclusive.

The winner of the ballot draw will be selected at random by independent means, and will be final. Successful applicants will be sent an email notification during the Notification Period (between August 20 - 25, 2017) with details to claim their prize. Unsuccessful applicants will not receive notification.

It is a responsibility of the entrants to check their emails during the Notification Period. Proof of identity may be required.

If the allocated prize is not claimed by the end of the Notification Period, such applicants forfeit all rights to the prize.

The prize is non-transferable. Only the named applicant is eligible to claim the prize.

The winner of the ballot draw must have attended the Event to be elligible to win.

Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Cloud9Canine reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the ballot at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
