Refund Policy

Cloud 9 Canine will provide a refund under the following conditions:

Your shipment does not arrive at the address you specified in your shopping cart

documentation;

The product is damaged in-transit and cannot be fed to your dog, photo required to

validate package condition;

Incorrect product is shipped that differs from your original order specifications;

Your financial institution or credit provider reverses your payment prior to receipt of

C9C delivery;

Fraudulent activity causing financial damage or mis-information that prevents full

payment to Cloud 9 Canine prior to shipping your order through Canada Post Expedited Delivery.
